Step 2: Check Advertising Calendar
- Check the Advertising Calendar to see if any indoor signs need to be removed/their dates have expired.
- If no indoor signs have expired, you will need to grab another sign holder from behind the stage in the Union Ballroom and place it at a location on the map that is available.
Step 3: Insert the Sign
- Hold the sign upright to ensure it’s oriented correctly (check for logos or text alignment).
- Carefully slide the sign into the metal frame until it is fully secure.
Step 4: Take a photo
- Please take a photo and upload it to the item in the advertising calendar.
Tips for Success:
- Keep the map handy: Use it to stay organized and efficient during installation.
- Pay attention to the details: Well-placed and aligned signs leave a professional impression.
