Managing Union Display Monitors: A Guide

The display monitors throughout the University Union building are an essential tool for promoting events, services, and important announcements to students, faculty, and staff. As a member of the Union student marketing team, it is your responsibility to ensure that the equipment is fully functioning and that the content displayed is engaging and up-to-date.

• Union Residents get free advertisement placement on the Union Display Monitors excluding the Union Lobby Pillars.
• Union Residents get free advertisement placement on the Food Court LED screen for EVENTS ONLY.
• The Union Programming Council gets free advertisement placement on all Union Display Monitors 

Display Monitor Sizing & LoopScreen Sets

Union Lobby Pillar Display Monitors:

• 1080px x 1920px
• File needs to be saved/uploaded as a JPG or PDF
• LoopScreen Playlists: Union Lobby Pillars

Union Horizontal Display Monitors:

• 1920px x 1080px
• File needs to be saved/uploaded as a JPG or PDF
• LoopScreen Playlists: Campus Playlist [Shared w Union] & Union Main Set

Union Food Court LED Screen:
