During your shift

There isn’t quite a 1-2-3 kind of procedure, but we want to take note of the different things you should be doing during your shift. If you have completed all of these tasks, we encourage you to do any homework or spend your down time doing whatever you’d like (as long as you can still hear the radio)!

We do have a checklist of items you should be doing during your shift on 7point

If you have completed all of these tasks, we encourage you to do any homework or spend your downtime doing whatever you’d like (as long as you can still hear the radio and are accessible to the full-time staff, service desk, and rec desk employees & fellows)

Other Tasks

• Contacting Campus Police & Filing out an incident report
• Covering for Service Desk & Rec Desk
• Helping Crew with take-down
• Operating Golf Cart

Shift Checklist

• Hourly Rounds to ensure patrons are adhering to Union rules & policies
• Hourly Rounds at the Service Desk & Rec Desk
  • Issues, concerns, lanes down, etc.
• Flyer & Poster Removal
• Putting up Parking Signs
• Filling out Hourly Round Logs
  • Information from rounds, reports, relaying information to next building manager
• Unlocking Rooms/Spaces
  • Old Dish Room, Vault, etc.
