Opening Procedure

Enter the building through the door on the East entrance or the shop door on the West entrance using your UCard.

Lights

• Turn off outside lights in Jeremy's office.
• Turn on switch next to the cash bag deposit bin (lights above Services Desk).
• Turn on the Service Desk light switch underneath the key box (next to gate).
• Turn on all indoor building lights under Service Desk display TV (red = on, green = off).
• Turn on Food Court lights by Panda
• Turn on Basement lights 

Cash Bags

1. Go into Cash Room (CMD101CMD).
2. Get manager’s keys.
3. Take out the ticket box for Services Desk and money bags for Services Desk & bowling alley.

Safe Code: You spin clockwise to 30, counterclockwise twice past 70 and land on it the 3rd time, clockwise once past 40 and land on it the 2nd time, and then counterclockwise until it stops on 15.

1. Close the cash room by using the code (CMD202CMD) and tap your UCard twice and ensure the access says the door is armed or locked.
2. Give money bags to services desk & bowling alley.
3. Leave the White Box(ticket box) and the money bag which says services desk on the mail shelves in front of the Cash room. 
4. Take the other bag which says Bowling alley down to the Recreation Desk and leave the bag next to the printer.

Meeting Rooms

Open all meeting rooms regardless of event scheduled (300's, Treehouse, Theatre, Den, Parlor A, Parlor B, Panorama East, Collegiate, and Saltair)

• Organize any loose HDMI cords
• Test the TV for working condition
• Check for appropriate room set up
• Theatre: Test the microphone, speakers, and projector

Check if the display screens are functional 

• Notify Ryann if they aren't working & include in 7point

The most important thing to do when opening is: 

Make sure that the services desk and the recreation desk have their cash bags. To find those, they will be in the filing cabinet above the safe. The key for that filing cabinet is in the little grey box on the wall which is unlabelled. The code to get into the recreation desk is 7440.

You will put the Services Desk’s cash bag in their ticket box and the recreation desk’s cash bag in between the wall and the printer down in their area before they come in at 7:15 AM.
