Download the "EW-DSmartAssist" app on your phone
This app will find the best frequency for each mic as well as pair it to a microphone o your choosing.
- Make sure your Bluetooth is on
- Have the mic box and mic that you wish to pair available and plugged into a power source
- Click the 3 dots in the top right corner > Add Devices
- Follow the instructions on your screen
- After the box has been synced and frequency has been chosen, click "Sync Transmitter".
- Follow instructions on the screen
- Once paired successfully, battery and connection strength of the microphone will be displayed on the box's screen
- This mic and box will stay paired as long as they are within range of one another
- If needed to pair different mic with box (or switch to lav mic, etc.), redo process
