1. Design Request Submitted: UPC submits their design request.
2. Request Received: The design request is received through Asana and added to the "Design Requests" board.
3. Request Assigned: The Marketing Manager will assign the new design request based on team workload.
4. Meet with Marketing Manager: Once assigned, you will meet/discuss the project with the Marketing Manager to discuss the project details, deadlines, and plan. Items will be added to the advertising calendar based on request.
5. Send First Draft to Marketing Manager: Once a first draft is created, send to the Marketing Manager for feedback. DO NOT SEND TO UPC.
6. Send to UPC Board Through Teams Channel: Once the Marketing Manager has provided feedback and you have made the necessary changes, please reply/send it to the correct board and design request confirmation chat in the Union + UPC Marketing Teams channel.
7. Wait For UPC to Provide Feedback: UPC Has 24-48 hours to provide feedback. If they have not provided feedback within that timeframe, we will mention them and send a follow up message in the same thread.
8. Make Edits (if any are provided): Once UPC has provided feedback, make the appropriate changes until the board approves of the final design. (This might be a back and forth process with the board until they approve).
9. UPC Board Approval: Once approved through the board, send final files through the Asana task and mention Ryann in the reply so she is notified and can check them one final time.
10. Final Stamp of Approval: Once the Marketing Manager gives final stamp of approval, physical advertising will be sent to print.
11. Upload Display Monitor Graphics: As for the display monitor graphics, once they are complete, you will be responsible for uploading the display monitor graphics to Loopscreen and adding them to the appropriate playlists.

Union Main Lobby Pillars Playlist: Vertical Design, 1080px x 1920px
Union Main Set Playlist: Horizontal Design, 1920px x 1080px
Campus Playlist (Shared with Union): Horizontal Design, 1920px x 1080px
Union Food Court LED Screen Playlist: Horizontal Design, 1920px x 1080px
Please confirm in the Asana task that these graphics are up and running.
12. Check the Content Calendar Board: After the display monitor graphics are uploaded, you will need to schedule the social media graphics to the UPC account. Please check the Content Calendar Board in Asana to see what day this post has been scheduled for/if it has not been scheduled, please find a day and hot time to schedule the post.
13. Schedule UPC Social Media Post: Please find a day and hot time to schedule the post. Not all posts need to have music, but it does help drive engagement. If you can think of a song to use, please schedule it through the app with a song. If not, please schedule the post through Later. (Collaborate with the Union and any other organization UPC is collaborating with and tag the University of Utah.) Ryann will accept collaborations on behalf of the Union.
14. Update Content Calendar Board: Once scheduled, please update the Asana Content Calendar Board to let the team know the post will go out.
15. ADD ALL FILES TO THE UPC MARKETING FOLDER: This is an essential step. Please add all of your working files and finalized graphics to the UPC Marketing Folder which can be found in BOX under the Union Marketing Folder.
16. FINAL STEP: Advertising Install: When printed materials arrive of your design, you will be responsible for installing your materials and updating the advertising calendar to "installed".
