Indoor Signs
Indoor signs are printed materials placed inside the Union to promote upcoming events, programs, or campaigns. They are display stands we place throughout the first and second floors of the building.
Why Are Indoor Signs Important?
Constant Visibility: Students and staff walk through the Union daily, whether it is to study, eat, or attend a class. Indoor signs provide a consistent visual reminder of your event in these shared spaces.
Targeted Audience Reach: You're advertising directly to students who are already in the building, which makes it more likely they will attend UPC-hosted events.
Supports a Layered Marketing Approach: Seeing an indoor sign reinforces messages students may have seen digitally, building recognition.
Cost-Effective (If Recurring Event): If your event is recurring (same day of the week and time, such as Open Mic) these signs are affordable and a great investment throughout the semester.
Think of an Indoor Sign as a LARGE physical flyer that markets your event 24/7 to everyone walking through the Union.
What Events Should Use Indoor Signs?
- Large-Scale Events (Crimson Nights)
- Reoccurring Events (Open Mic)
- Cultural or Social Celebrations
