Dress Code and Uniform

Mandatory while clocked in or at the desk in the Admin office or interacting with customers: 

• Union provided quarter-zips, polo or button up shirts 
• Professional-looking pants (jeans are fine) 
• Closed toe shoes 
• For more formal or VIP events: business attire 

Optional: 

• During set ups, teardowns or at the desk in the admin office one earbud is allowed 
• Hats and sunglasses are allowed during outside setups and teardowns 

Not allowed: 

• Headphones while working an event 
• Over the ear headphones 
• Sunglasses 
• Pajamas 
• Shorts
• Skirts
• Workout pants
• Pants with distracting patterns or colors 
• Sweatpants

Uniform:

Each event manager is issued a staff polo shirt. It is up to that manager to launder and maintain the appearance of that shirt. These shirts are returned to the department upon end of employment.
