Refunds:

• Open Clover with the last 4 of you UID
  • Click on the Transaction Ion 
    • Find the Transaction you would like to refund
    • Click refund 
    • Then charge the correct amount 
  • It is not allowed to refund in cash if a credit card was used.
• Vending Machines
  • Refund the Pepsi Machine
    • Open the Red binder and find the page that says 'Pepsi Refunds
      • Have them sign their name saying they received a Pepsi Voucher 
        • Then you sign saying you gave them a Pepsi Voucher
      • Then open the top drawer and give the customer one Pepsi Voucher.
• Air Hockey/ Foosball
  • Fill out the from labeled "Receipt for Petty Cash"
    • Make sure the form is signed by the customer, then by you see example below
  • Put an "OUT OF ORDER SIGN" on the machine and check inside the machine for any jams. 
  • If you can fix the problem, please do. If not leave a note for the Manager or text them. 
  • Make sure you write Petty cash on the other line on the cash report sheet then write how much you gave the customer.
• For all other refunds as a Manager. 
• Make sure all refunds are written on the cash sheet and sent up to accounting at the end of the night.
