Dress Code

Mandatory while clocked in: 

• Union-provided polos or quarter zips 
• Professional-looking shorts or pants 
• Professional-looking shoes 
• Hats and sunglasses are not permitted unless working outside. 
• No headphones while doing rounds and other tasks
  • Inside the building manager office, you are allowed to wear one earbud but still need to be able to hear the radio
• When completing tasks outside the office, you need to be reachable to the service desk, rec desk, and admin

Recommendations: 

• Closed-toed shoes provide protection to your feet. 
• Skirts and dresses are allowed, but keep in mind that some shifts may require climbing ladders or using the scissor lift. 

Examples of clothing not to wear: 

• Workout pants or shorts 
• Sweatpants 
• Ripped denim/pants  

* Not wearing the appropriate dress can result in verbal coaching.
